This process is highly in demand due to its high consistency levels with other social changes that take place worldwide. This process thrives well in a set up that encourages high mobility in its sector such as high movement of the customers in restaurants (Esmer, 2006). Four clear dimensions illustrate the process of McDonaldization. The first angle is efficiency. The restaurants design an efficient way to ensure that their clients are able to get maximum satisfaction.
